How fast is it, really?
Deposits are credited once confirmed by the network, usually within a few minutes, depending on the asset. Card creation takes about a minute, and your card number, expiry date, and CVV appear in your dashboard as soon as it's issued.
Do Apple Pay and Google Pay really work?
Yes. Google Pay works on the Clarity and Ghost Cards. Apple Pay on the Clarity card.
What does it cost?
To add funds, deposits cost a flat 0.50%. Card loading fees 8%. Cards are a one-time purchase: Breeze $20, Ghost $50, or Clarity $80. Every card additionally requires a minimum first load of $20 at the time of purchase. There are no payment fees and no monthly charges.
Is there a minimum load?
Yes. Every card requires a minimum first load of $20, added at the time of purchase, so the smallest possible order is the card price plus $20. The standard 8% loading fee applies to the amount you load, and you can top up by any amount afterwards.

What are the limits?
Spend only what you load prepaid, with no credit line and no monthly cap from us. The card networks apply their own generous limits: up to $50,000 per day and $1,000,000 per month. You'll always see the applicable limits in your dashboard before moving any money.
What if I stop using a card?
No monthly fee. Use the card whenever you want. Cards are valid for 2+ years. If you decide to permanently close it, contact support to get help.
